Looking for musicians to form a rock band

Hey, I'm a female rock singer and songwriter. I'm in my twenties and I'd like to form a rock band with people who are: - ideally english native speakers (not a must but a plus) - between 20 and 30 years old (it's not strict so it's ok if you're close to this range) - steady and reliable in long term My objective is to form a band with four members so I look for a guitarist, bassist and drummer.
