Looking for a bassist to form a rock band

I'm in my twenties and I look for people who are: - ideally english native speakers (not a must but a plus) - steady and reliable in long term - between 20 and 30 years old (it's not strict but that should be close to this range) Regarding the location I indicated Bern but you can live further and that's ok because I can travel easily.
